1/4 cup of water (60ml)

1 tbsp of brown sugar

â heat oil, fry pawns golden, heat chili oil, add water garlic ginger snd chili flakes, cook garlic fragnent, add water garlic powder soy sauce and sugar, simmer sauce until thick, add prawns, garnish with sesam seeds and chives

1/4 cup mint leaves
1 thumb ginger cut up
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon
1 peppermint tea bag
hot water
add ingredients to cup with hot water and let it steep for 10 minutes
Watermelon slices
Basil leaves
3 cups lemonade
2 cups watermelon juice
1 cup vodka (optional)
(watermelon) soda (optional)
2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Cointreau
1 oz peach pure
1/2 oz peach syrup
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
rim: Tajin
Garnish: lime wheel and peach slice
add all ingredients in cocktail shaker
add ice and shake
rim glass with lime juice and tajin
add ice and strain into final glass
garnish & enjoy
