Chili Oil Garlic Prawn

250g of prawn, raw, peeled and deveined

1 tbsp of olive oil

2 tbsp of chili oil

2 garlic gloves, minced

1 tbsp of ginger, grated

1/4 cup of water (60ml)

1 tbsp of garlic powder

1 tbsp of brown sugar

1 tbsp of light soy sauce

→ heat oil, fry pawns golden, heat chili oil, add water garlic ginger snd chili flakes, cook garlic fragnent, add water garlic powder soy sauce and sugar, simmer sauce until thick, add prawns, garnish with sesam seeds and chives

0.5 tbsp pepper

2 stalks scallions

0.25 cup (60 ml) cilantro

Noodles:

200g Rice noodles of choice

1 FlowFood Nordic burger

  

  1. frying in a pan, flowfood burger until golden, use spatula to chop the burger into smaller pieces,
  2. cook noodles
  3. add minced garlic, chili flakes, pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, finly chopped scallions and cilantro to bowl
  4. heat the oil in a small pan until it’s hot
  5. pour the oil into the bowl and add rice noodles and burger, toss in the oil and enjoy

300g Broccoli seperated

100g Hoisin sauce

45ml light soy sauce

1tbsp Cornflour mixed with 1tbsp water

  1. cook chicken in pan
  2. cook broccoli
  3. add hoisin sauce, give chicken and broccoli good stir
  4. add soy sauce, stir well then pour over your cornflour and water mixture and allow to bubble and thicken
  5. add more soy sauce and sesams seeds if needed
